Try Free Before You Pay
Moshot offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed.
The trial period is your opportunity to evaluate Moshot fully. We strongly encourage you to use the trial before purchasing.
No Refunds After Purchase
Because we provide a full-featured 7-day free trial, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed Pro purchases.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or by emailing hello@modullax.ai. Cancellation stops future charges, but the current license period continues until expiry.
Case-by-Case Exceptions
We may grant a refund in exceptional circumstances:
- Extended Service outage that prevented use of Moshot
- Critical bug that made the Service unusable, with no available fix
- Duplicate or accidental purchase reported within 7 days
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and granted at our discretion. Submit a request to hello@modullax.ai with your account email and LemonSqueezy order number.
Chargebacks
Please contact us at hello@modullax.ai before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.
