Terms of Service

By using Moshot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Moshot is a desktop application that helps creators produce short-form videos using AI-assisted captioning, highlight detection, and voice generation. Modullax ("we") provides the Service "as is".

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Free Trial and Pro License

• Free trial: 7 days, full access to Pro features
• Pro license: $79 USD per year
• License is non-transferable
• License auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal

4. AI Features

AI features (captions, highlights, voiceover) require your own Gemini API key. You are responsible for any costs charged by Google for Gemini API usage.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Moshot to:

• Create content that violates copyright or trademarks
• Generate deepfakes or impersonate real people
• Create harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Service
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or license key

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to videos and content you create with Moshot. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. License to Use the Software

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Moshot for the duration of your active subscription. This license terminates if you violate these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime by emailing hello@modullax.ai.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modullax is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in Seoul, Korea.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
